Mission Statement
Our mission is to invest in future generations while keeping in mind the western heritage of Southern Arizona and promoting youth and community development through livestock and equestrian education, innovation, entertainment and competition.
The Tucson Rodeo Foundation aids the youth of Southern Arizona through building community partnerships to create scholarships, grants, loan programs, assisting in youth livestock auctions, and junior rodeos. TRF is also working to establish endowments and scholarships to aid youth in their continuing educational pursuits in agriculture and veterinary medicine.
The TRF has been supporting the Pima County 4-H and their rabbit program and supports the FFA’s Dairy Cow program. The TRF has been a large and small animal buyer at the Pima County Fair since 2024 and has purchased two Grand Champion Lambs and a Reserve Champion Turkey. The TRF participated as a buyer at the 2026 Pinal County Fair and will be at the Santa Cruz County and Cochise County Fairs in September 2026.
